2. In brief
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and embeds no third-party content. Fonts and images are loaded from our own web space. We only process personal data when you write to us, call us or order something, and only as far as necessary.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
When pages are accessed, the server automatically stores technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The log files are deleted by the host after a short period and are not combined with other data.
4. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us, for example with a booking enquiry, we process your details to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare or perform a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), otherwise on the basis of our legitimate interest in communication (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We delete the data once the enquiry is settled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Orders
We accept orders by email at shop@tierranegra.de. For orders of CDs and USB sticks we process name, shipping address, email address, the items ordered and payment information in order to fulfil the order (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). For shipping we pass name and address to the carrier. We keep invoice data for up to ten years in accordance with German commercial and tax law (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB).
Payment by PayPal
If you pay by PayPal or support us via PayPal.me, the data required for payment is transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). PayPal’s privacy policy applies: paypal.com.
Payment by invoice
If you pay by invoice, you transfer the amount after receiving the goods; we receive the usual transfer details from your bank.
6. Links to other services
We link to our profiles and offers on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and to ticket providers. These are plain links: only when you click them do you leave our website, and the privacy terms of the respective provider apply.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). A short email to info@tierranegra.de is enough.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; ours is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
8. Encryption
The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
